Multimeter Measurement
Operation instructions : Open the multimeter function menu (Table 2-27) by pressing the
DMM button.

DMM functions DMM functions ON/OFF.
Measurement
mode
Voltage Activate the voltage measurement function.
Maximum measurement value for DC voltage is
400V. Maximum measurement value for AC
voltage is 400V.
Resistance Activate the resistance measurement function.
Maximum measurement value for resistance is
40MΩ.
On/off Activate the on/off measurement function. When
on/off measuring is lower than 70Ω, the beeper
will sound.
Diode
DC current
Activate the diode measurement function.
Activate the DC current measurement function.
Current range : 4mA/40mA/400mA/4A.

Window shift Set the horizontal shift or vertical shift of the
window (with the multifunction control knob).
Notes :
If it is necessary to test electric current, follow these steps :
Insert the current/voltage converter module (UT-M03 or UT-M04) that comes with the
oscilloscope into the digital multimeter port, and move the switch of the current/voltage
converter so that it is consistent with the selected DMM current. Proceed with testing.
Cautions :
1. Please select a suitable current/voltage converter that fits the measurement range,
and select an appropriate range. If you are not certain about the current being tested,
make an estimation, then select a suitable current/voltage converter and set the range
to maximum.
2. The multimeter cannot be used to measure AC current directly.
