3. The USB device is removed before upgrade begins.
If the USB device is removed when the update document is being read before
commencement of upgrade, the following prompt will appear : “USB device has
been removed! Please reboot.” To resume normal operation, power on the
oscilloscope with the USB device unplugged.

4. Incorrect upgrade document
If the upgrade document on the USB device is incorrect, update will fail upon
selecting the upgrade document by pressing [F5] (Figure 5-2). You will see the
prompt : “Incorrect upgrade document”. Save a correct document on the USB
device and repeat the previous steps for upgrade.
