Thermocouples are colour coded by type based on the North American ANSI Colour

Code:

Type Colour Type Colour

J Black R Green

K Yellow S Green

T Blue N Orange

E Purple

1. Plug a thermocouple into the input connector(s).

2. Set the thermometer for the correct thermocouple type.
