3.3
CALL RECORDING
3.3.1
Start Recording
1. During any call, press the DVR Button to start recording.
2. When it starts recording, an microphone icon is
shown on the display.
3. During recording, press the DVR
Button again or press the Left Soft
Button “Finish” to stop recording.
4. Once the recoding stops, the radio returns to its
previous page.
3.3.2
Managing Recording
1. Press the Menu Button to enter the Main Menu, then select the
“Call Recording”.
2. Select the options by using 4-Way Navigation Button ▲▼ to select options.
3. Select “Received Recoding” to enter the page and use the 4-Way
Navigation Button to ▲▼ to move the highlight bar to a recording. Press
the Enter Button to listen to the recording.
4. To stop listening, press the Left Soft Button “Stop” to stop playing.
5. Use the 4-Way Navigation Button to switch the Left & Right Soft Button
functions.
a. Lock: To lock the recording.
b. Delete: To delete the recording.
c. Delete All: To delete all recordings in the device.

Call Other Channel
Users can use Call Other Channel Function to call other channel without
turning the knob.

Users can use Call Other Channel Function to call other channel without
turning the knob.
U3 supports to records voice calls.
1. In standby mode, press the Menu Button to enter the Main Menu.
2. Use 4-Way Navigation Button ▲▼ to Call Other CH icon.
3. Press the Enter Button to next menu.
