You can select any of Police, Fire/EMS, Aircraft, Ham, and Marine channels
for active frequencies in your area.
Selecting a Service to Search
Press  to enter the service search mode, then press the button
corresponding to the service you want to search. When the scanner
stops on a transmission, you can force it to resume searching by pressing ▲
or ▼ .
The BC345CRS searches five preset service frequencies:
• Police
• Fire/EMS
• AIR
• HAM
• Marine
To access these service frequencies:
1. Move the Mode slide switch to . The five Service modes display
on the LCD above the buttons that control them.
2. Press the applicable button to access that Service mode:

SEARCH/AM POLICE
L/O /FM1 FIRE/EMS
DELAY/FM2 AIR
PRI/MEM HAM
SVC/DIR MARINE
3. A Service search begins once a service is selected.
