Getting to Know the Headset Using the headset at excessive volume can cause permanent hearing loss. To reduce the risk of hearing damage, use the minimum volume level necessary (see page 12). Setting Up Your Headset Charge the battery Before using your headset, charge the battery for at least 8 hours.
Charging the BT108 Connect the adapter to the power connector on the top of the headset, then plug it into a standard 120 volt AC (regular indoor) power outlet. Charging the BT109 Connect either adapter to the power connector on the top of the headset. Connect the AC adapter to a standard 120 volt AC (regular indoor) power outlet. Connect the DC adapter to a standard 12 volt DC (regular automobile) power outlet.

Put your headset on Insert the ear cushion, then wrap the earhook behind your ear.
