Message Z0 Move Display Cursor
Format: <STX>Z0[YY]<ETX>[LRC]
Message length: Fixed 7 bytes.
Usage: Move the display cursor. Z0 message is enabled when PIN pad receives first Z2
message. Under Z2-authenticated mode, Z0 message is also disabled.
