Message Z1 Reset State
Format: <STX>Z1<ETX>[LRC]
Message length: Fixed 5 bytes.
Usage: Force the PIN pad to enter IDLE state.
This command also reset magnet card swiping command Q1, Q8, Q9 and QF.
