Message 96 Select Active Key Set
Format: <STX>96[keyset]<ETX>[LRC]
Message length: Fixed 6 bytes.
Usage: Select active key set for following transactions. This parameter willl be saved and lasts
until next 96 message or DUKPT life cycle ends.
