Format: <STX>I07[R-APDU]<ETX>[LRC]
Message length: Variable 10 to 530 bytes.
Usage: After smart card processes the Command-APDU, it puts the result as the
Response-APDU. PP791 packs the Response-APDU into this message packet and
sends to host.
