Message 11 PIN Pad Device Connection Test
Format: <SI>11<SO>[LRC]
Message length: Fixed 5 bytes.
Usage: This message is used to ensure that the PIN Pad is attached to the HOST working
normally. PIN Pad will response an ACK (or NAK if LRC incorrect) within one second.
