Sending and receiving an entry or list of
entries
You can send either an individual entry or the entire list to the communications
system. This list can be received by the communications system and returned.
Furthermore, it is also possible to load group directories.
Restrictions when copying using the communications system
The entries in the handset's phonebook are stored in vCard format . The com-
munications system, however, uses another format. This can cause loss of
phonebook entry information. The phone numbers are not affected.
Sending a list/entry
s Open the phonebook.
s t Select the entry you want.
Press the display key.
Either:
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
Or:
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
o Enter phone number 00 and confirm.
For "Copy Entry":
if nec. Select this option for additional entries.
Loading a list from the communications system
Prerequisite: You sent an entry or list to the communications system by dialing
the phone number 00.
u Press the INT key.
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
or
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
a Press the End call key once. You will receive a call from the system and the
transfer starts once you answer this call.
Deleting a list in the communications system
Prerequisite: A currently unused list or entry is saved on the communications
system.
