Programming a forwarding destination
u Open the System Menu.
s t w Select and confirm the basic service.
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
w Confirm the option shown. "Variable forwarding" is displayed.
w Confirm the option shown. "Fixed forwarding" is displayed.
w Confirm the option shown. The display shows "Forwarding for internal".
s t w Select and confirm the option shown.
o Enter the phone number for the forwarding destination. Any destination previ-
ously programmed will be overwritten.
w Confirm when the complete number has been entered.
To select a different forwarding type, proceed as described on page 62.
If variable forwarding was previously programmed and activated, it is deactivat-
ed and the forwarding destination is deleted (for exception, see page 62).
Fixed forwarding is deactivated.
Deleting a forwarding destination
A variable forwarding destination is automatically deleted when the forwarding
type is deactivated.
Activating variable forwarding
Variable forwarding is automatically activated when the forwarding destination is
programmed.
Deactivating variable forwarding
You can deactivate all variable forwarding types in the Service menu (Basic Ser-
vice).
u Open the system menu.
s t w Select and confirm the basic service.
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
w Confirm the option shown. "Variable forwarding" is displayed.
w Confirm the option shown. "Fixed forwarding" is displayed.
w Confirm the option shown. The display shows "Forwarding for internal".
s t w Select and confirm the option shown. Variable forwarding is deactivated and the
forwarding destination is deleted.
To select a different variable forwarding type, proceed as described on
page 62.
