System appointment function
You can arrange for the communications system to remind you of an appoint-
ment. For this to happen, you need to save the times at which you wish to be
reminded. This is possible for a period of up to 24 hours in advance.
Saving an appointment
u Open the system menu.
s t w Select and confirm the basic service.
Either:
M Enter the service code.
Or:
s t w Select and confirm the option shown.
The display indicates whether an appointment reminder has already been
saved.
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
then:
o Enter the time as 3 or 4 digits, for example 845 for 8.45a.m. or 1500 for 3p.m.
w Confirm the option shown.
Deleting a saved appointment
u Open the System Menu.
s t w Select and confirm the basic service.
Either:
M Enter the service code.
Or:
s t w Select and confirm the option shown. A saved reminder is displayed.
s t w Confirm if you have saved several reminders.
then:
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
a Press the End call key.
Using timed reminders
Prerequisite: You have saved a reminder. The saved time arrives.
The handset starts ringing.
Press the Talk key. The appointment time is displayed.
a Press the End call key.

Reminder
If you do not accept the reminder, the handset will ring a few more times
and "Appoint." will be displayed before the reminder is deleted.
