Installation & Assembly

Tools Required:
• Tools: #2 Philips or Robertson driver & hammer. (Nail gun optional)
Build Planter Box
STEP 1. Build Sides
• Locate 3 pieces of side slat (a). Insert ends into slot in rail (c).
• Slide a 2
nd
rail (c) over free end of slats.
• Repeat this step to assemble other 3 sides.
• HINT: tight fitting slats can be eased by rubbing ends with a small amount of candle wax.
STEP 2. Attach Posts
• Stand side assembly between 2 posts (d) (centered).
• Slip 2 spacer blocks under the side assembly to create bottom spacing as illustrated.
• Attach a post to both ends of side assembly using 4 inch screws.
• Note: posts have 2 heights of pre-drilled holes when viewed from each side. Position posts
so that holes are at identical height when viewed from front.
• Attach 2 more posts to other side assembly as previous.
STEP 3. Assemble Walls

• Attach side assembly to post using 4 inch screws.
• Repeat for other sides.
