3.9 HB and LB Cabinet HPA Compartment Components
Always ensure that the circuit breaker in the building/site electrical
service panel or AC disconnect device is in the OFF position prior to
beginning any installation work in repeater cabinet. This will prevent
injury caused by electric shock and prevent damage to equipment.
During the installation procedure, several components must be installed in the HPA
compartment:
 Low Band and High Band HPA’s
 HPA 30 VDC Rectifiers
NOTE: The components/sub-assemblies installed in the HB cabinet HPA compartment and LB
cabinet HPA compartment is identical.
