Unique Gas Products Ltd. warrants that this UNIQUE range is free from defects in material and
workmanshipundernormalusageandserviceunderthefollowingterms:
PartsWarranty
This appliance has bee n desi gned for domestic household use. If properly installed, adjusted and
operatedundernormalconditionsinaccordancewithprintedinstructions,
itwillsatisfactorilyperform
thefunctionsthataregener allyexpectedofthistypeofappliance.
Iftheappliancefailstodosobecauseofadefectinmaterialorworkmanshipwithinoneyearfromthe
originaldateofpurchase:
Uniquewillatouroption, repair, exchange,orcorrectbyother
meansUniqueconsiderappropriate,
anypart(s)Uniquefindstobedefectiveexceptforthesurfacefinish.*Duetoremotelocations,itisthe
customer’sresponsibilitytobringitemstothedealerforreview.Anypart(s)replacedorrepairedwill
bewarrantedonlyforthebalanc eoftheoriginalye ar.Customer
isresponsible forla bor.
Ownership
This Warranty is made only to the first purchaser (”original purchaser”) who acquires this range for
his/herownuseandwillbehonoredbyUniqueGasProductsLtd.andbytheSeller. Purchasermust
retaintheirreceiptaspro ofofpurchase date.
WarrantyConditions
Thiswarranty
does notapplytoany appliance that has beensubjectedto alterations, misuse,abuse
(includingdamagebyforeignagentsorchemicals),accident,improperinstallationorservice,delivery
damage,orotherthannormalhouseh olduseandservice.
ThisUNIQUEappliance must beservicedregularlyasoutlinedintheOwner’sManual.
Neither
UniqueGasProductsLtd.northesellingdealerwillbeliablefordirectorindirectlossoffoods
causedbyfailureinoperation.Incaseofdamage,theownermustprovideproofofpurchase,Model,
andSerial Numbertothesellingdealeror UniqueGasPr oductsLtd.
ThiswarrantyisLIMITED
STRICTLYtotheterm sindicate dherein,andno otherexpressed warrantiesor
remediesthereundershallbebindingonUnique.
Purchaser’ sResponsibilities
Thepur chaserwillberesponsibleforthe costs ofanyservicecallsrequestedtodemonstrateorconfirm
theproperoperation of the appliance, the installation, or to correct malfunctions
in theappearance
createdbytheoper ationoftheapplianceinamannernotprescribedbyorcautionedagainstinthe use
andcare instructions.
ModelandSerialNumber
Theappliancemodelnumberandserialnumbercanbefoundonaratingplateattachedonthefloorof
the range, at
the front, pull out the broiler rack to locate. The purchaser should always refer to the
model and serial number when talking to or contacting the dealer from whom the appliance was
purchased.
FactoryAssistance
If the purchaseris unable to locate an authorized dealer/service agent, or if the purchaser
does not
