Tap the “Backlight” menu item to display the following 3

How to Save Battery Power
Because the power consumption of the LCD backlight is
high, turn off the backlight function if it is not necessary.
If a backlight is required, set “automatically turn off the
back-light” function.
To change backlight settings, select Settings / Control
Panel from the Start menu, and then double tap the “Dis-
play” icon.

Automatic shut-down of the PA960
The PA960 will enter idle mode when there is no task, or all tasks are waiting for
input. In default setting, the PA960 will automatically turn itself off if it remains idle
for 3 minutes and when there is no external charging power applied. Pressing the
power button will return the PA960 to the same point at the time of automatic
shutdown.
In Power Properties, select “Battery Power”. Customize
automatic shut off time by tapping the arrow to select from
a list of time periods.
In Power Properties, select “AC Power”. Customize
automatic shut off time by tapping the arrow to select from
a list of time periods.
