2. The Scanner Control Panel opens, where

it is possible to configure bar code scanner

parameters such as enabling or disabling

b a r c o d e s y m b o l o g i e s , s e t t i n g d a t a

transmission options, conguring magnetic and

proximity reading options and setting power

management options.

3. Tap the Test tab to test the bar code scanner.

Press one of the RH767's bar code scanner

triggers and aim the scanner window at a 1D

bar code. For example, scan a bar code from a

soda can.

Scanner Settings

When it is necessary for the user to change

the default bar code symbology for a different

application, the Scanner Control Panel provides the

ability to change default symbology, place delimiter

characters behind scanned data, and save the

settings.

Simultaneously press Func and 7 to display the

Scanner Control Panel.

NOTE:

Alternatively, tap Start → Settings →

Control Panel → double-tap Scanner to

display the Scanner Control Panel.
