Hardware Setup
Choose a Suitable Location
Locate Apollo Solo USB on a flat surface.
The location should be sturdy enough to securely hold its weight and withstand
the pressure of operating the top panel controls.
Leave enough room at the front and rear of the unit for connecting cables.
USB 3 Cable Length
Apollo Solo USB is designed for use with a USB 3 SuperSpeed cable length of two
meters or less (approximately six feet or less). Using longer USB 3 cables can have
adverse effects on system performance.
Important: Connect Apollo Solo USB to the computer with a USB 3 SuperSpeed
cable that is no longer than two meters in length.
