8. Customer support
If you have unanswered questions, or the Sentiaâ„¢ system is still not working
as expected after you have tried the various troubleshooting options listed in
Section 7, contact your authorized distributor (see www.mysentia.com).
Ordering details
If you need replacement parts, contact your authorised distributor (see
www.mysentia.com).
Software updates
The analyzer will check for software updates whenever it is
connected to the internet (via WiFi). If a software update is available
the analyzer will ask your permission before performing the update,
which should be done as soon as possible.
An icon on the home screen will alert you whenever a software
update is ready to install (see below).
