 The FTDI interface chip provides a set of pins that must be connected to a
small EEPROM that is used to store manufacturer’s details and a serial
number. After board assembly, this information is programmed into the
EEPROM over USB using a software tool provided by FTDI,

 Download and install FT_PROG in the default location to your Computer.

