This drain pan offers a robust structure
made of galvanized steel that will not rust
or corrode, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
Excellent for water heaters & air
condensate units, the drain pan is
designed to catch any leaks or drips,
preventing water damage to nearby
fixtures and floors. The drain pan is
square-shaped with raised edges to
contain the water. It includes a 1-inch
CPVC fitting for drain pipe connection that
will fit smoothly with your existing piping
system, keeping your space clean & leak-

Instructions:
To be placed under Electric/Gas Water Heaters
and/or Air Condensate Units to prevent water damage
in surrounding areas from leaks or drips.
Drain Pans WITH holes:
All holes are opened approximately at the center of
one of the sides, for easy installation. Includes 1”
CPVC Drain Fitting.
Drain Pans WITHOUT holes:
Flexibility to position the pan where it fits best prior to
opening the hole. If desired, customer will open the
hole after the pan Is positioned. Includes 1” CPVC
Drain Fitting.
