IV EXTENDED 10 YEAR WARRANTY
Except for xenon strobe lamps. TOMAR Electronics Inc. warrants the MICROSTROBE
TM
IV strobe against defects in material
and workmanship for 10 years from the date of manufacture. At its option and at no cost to the purchaser,
TOMAR will either repair or replace products covered by its warranty. To qualify for warranty service
products must not be physically damaged. All products requiring warranty service shall be returned to TOMAR
within 10 years from the date of manufacture, shipped prepaid. Tomar will return repaired or replaced pro-
ducts to the purchaser via prepaid ground transportation. Xenon strobe lamps are warranted for 1 full year
from the date of manufacture. TOMAR assumes no liability for cost incurred in removing or reinstalling pro-
ducts requiring service. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which
may vary from state to state.
