Due to it‘s power rating and protective class the travel kettle cannot be operated with an Euro plug
(dipole). Please check before your travel which type of power sockets are used in the respective
country and check if your travel adapter has the correct socket for the kettle. Please check also the
available voltage in the travel country.
The travel kettle 18575 cannot be switched off by operating the switch, but only by the automatic
boil stop. Therefore it might happen that the appliance starts immediately to heat after being
connected to the power socket. In such case bring the water to the boil and wait until the automatic
boil stop switches off the appliance. For the next boiling cycle use the ON-switch. Wait always until
the appliance is switched off automatically.


