Product Information and Application Use
This slow-opening thermal actuator mounts directly onto TruFLOW
TM
Valved Manifolds and Engineered Plastic (EP) Heating Manifolds. It provides
individual loop flow control on a multi-zoned manifold (manifold serving
more than one zone). The Thermal Actuator, four-wire, (A3010522) also
features an end switch for activation of relay (pump), heat plant or other
auxiliary devices.
Note: If connecting these actuators to the EP Heating Manifold, the EP
Heating Manifold Actuator Adapter (A2671300) is required.

Installation
Install in the upright or horizontal position. During the initial install and after power comes on, turn on thermostats to activate and
unlock the actuators. This may take in excess of six minutes. Refer to the Uponor Radiant Floor Heating Installation Handbook for more
information.
