Zebra sheer shade

Thank your for purchasing this product. Please read the instructions and warnings carefully before use to

ensure safe and satisfactory operation of this product. It is recommended that this blind should only be

installed by persons competent in DIY.

Please note : Additional fasteners other than those sent

with your blind may be required depending on

the mounting surface.

Wallboard and plaster require the use of anchors such

as expansion or toggle bolts.

Brick, tile or stone need special plugs and drill bits.

Remember to always pre-drill holes in wood to

avoid splitting.

1. Positioning the blind

1-1. Inside mount

Decide the position of the blind so that it will be clear of any latches

and xtures. If you need to reduce the width of the blind to t the

recess, this should be done before assembling.

See instructions for reducing the width below.

1-2. Outside mount

Decide the position of the blind so that the overlaps on both sides are

equal. It is advisable to allow a minimum of 5 cm overlap on each side.

. Installing the headrail 2-1. Fit the headrail using the brackets provided. 2-2. When fitting to plaster, uses the plastic wall plugs provided. 2-3. Brackets should be installed no greater than 1.5 cm from each end with intermediate brackets spaced evenly. (fig.1) 3. 7. Reducing the width 7-1. See diagrams below. 7-2. X = Window Frame size. Steps 1-2 Remove the left side cap by loosening the screws. Steps 3 - 4 Remove the aluminium tube & the fabric. Step 5b Cut the tube cover: size-18mm. Step 5a Cut the tube cover: size – 2mm. Step 5c Cut bottom bar: size- 20mm. Steps 6 - 8 Reassemble the tube, fabric & side cap. Step 5d Cut fabric: size- 22mm.

8. Switching the ball chain 8 -1. See diagrams below. Steps 1- 6 Remove the caps on both sides, move the ball chain to the left and reassemble the caps. 9. Care and maintenance The fabric may be dusted using a dry cloth. To clean, wipe with a barely damp cloth. WARNING! Please read all safety warnings installation information fully before installation.
