Basic Operation
Shift key
By tapping the shift key, you can switch uppercase characters
entry and lowercase characters entry.
The display changes as follows each time you tap it.

Uppercase character entry
You can switch the symbols to enter by tapping the keys in two-
byte numeric or one-byte numeric entry.
Prediction conversion
You can switch to the normal conversion candidate list by tapping "
"
while you enter hiragana characters. Tap "
" to switch to the prediction
conversion candidate list again.
When "Wildcard Prediction" (P. 55) is set, you can convert word by
specifying number of characters. "" is displayed each time you tap "
"
when the cursor is at right of the text end. "" is counted as one character,
candidates in more than entered number of characters are displayed in
the conversion candidates.
Flick input
For software keyboard "10-key", you can enter characters by flicking
key up/down/left/right without tapping the key repeatedly.
Long-touch a key to display input candidates for flick input. Flick to
the direction of character to enter in the character entry area. For
entering "" for example, just tap "
" and for entering "", long-
touch and flick "
" down.
