Warranty

All URESTONE products carry a 5 year warranty to withstand normal effects of exterior weathering. This warranty is
in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty and provides coverage against peeling, cracking and rotting or
deterioration. The warranty does not cover Acts of God including, but not limited to hurricanes, tornados, floods and
earthquakes, or airborne contamination or harsh cleaning solutions, or damage resulting from accidents, alteration,
misuse, abuse, fire, improper maintenance. The URESTONE system is manufactured with a UV resistant coloring
system that provides a long term color appearance, however, like anything exposed to the sun, some fading could occur
and therefore the warranty does not cover against sun fading. When manufacturer determines that the panel(s) are
defective, the liability is limited to replacing or repairing the defective panel and does not include any other labor costs
or other costs involved. Neither seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or
indirectly arising from any cause whatsoever.
Failure to follow Replication Unlimited Storage and Installation Instructions will void this limited warranty. Buyer and
installer must inspect each piece prior to installation. Buyer and installer waive all claims to defects, which could have
been discovered by reasonable inspection prior to installation. This includes misalignment, misfit parts, dimensional
discrepancies and the like. In the event that any claim is made under this warranty, an authorized representative of
Replications Unlimited has the right to inspect the parts and if, in his or her sole discretion, said representative
determines the parts to be defective, Replications Unlimited will send materials to repair, replace or refund to its
distributor the amount paid to Replications Unlimited for said defective parts.
PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR ALL CLAIMS NEEDS A DATED INVOICE COPY, RECEIPT OR SALES TICKET.
WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
