SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES
Before using the URGOnight headband, make
sure to read and follow these instructions, see
all warnings, and keep this document for future
reference.
1. If you are travelling by air, the URGOnight
headband must be transported in your ca-
rry-on baggage, do not place them in your
checked baggage.
2. Do not use the URGOnight headband while
it is charging.
3. Do not use the URGOnight headband when
your head/hair is wet, or near water.
4. Do not use the URGOnight headband if it
has been damaged or altered.
5. Onlyuseaccessoriesthatarespeciedby
the manufacturer.
6. Do not place the URGOnight headband on
open wounds, sores or rashes, or over swo-
llen,red,infectedorinamedskinirritations.
If any skin irritations occur in using the UR-
GOnight headband, you should stop using it
immediately.
7. Follow cleaning recommendations outlined
in the cleaning section.
Do not open, modify or repair
1. Do not use the URGOnight headband if it is
damaged or altered.
2. Do not, under any circumstances, modify
or attempt to modify the URGOnight hea-
dband.Allformsofmodicationwillrevoke
your warranty.

Headband Application
Do not place the URGOnight headband on
open wounds, sores or rashes, or over swollen,
red,infected orinamed skin irritations.If any
skin irritations occur in using the headband, you
should stop using it immediately and consult
your doctor.
Charging
1. Please charge the headband for at least 1
hourbeforetherstuse.
2. Only use the charger and cable provided with
the URGOnight headband by the manufacturer.
3. The URGOnight headband can only be
chargedwhenitisswitchedo.
4. The URGOnight headband must not be
worn when charging, unplug the headband
from the charger before use.
Water, moisture, heat
1. Do not use the URGOnight headband near
water or when you are wet, especially when
your head/hair is wet.
2. Do not immerse the URGOnight headband
in liquid of any kind, or placing it in a di-
shwasher or washing machine.
3. The URGOnight headband is not water resis-
tant but may be wiped down with a damped
cloth for cleaning.
4. Do not leave the URGOnight headband near
any heat sources, such as radiators, heat re-
gisters, stoves or other apparatus that produ-
ceheat,suchasaudioampliersortelevisions.

harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harm-
ful interference to radio or television reception, which can
bedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoandon,the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by
one of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and
receiver.
-Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdie-
rent from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV techni-
cian for help.
This device URGOnight complies with Part 15 of the FCC
Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, in-
cluding interference that may cause undesired operation.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with
the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15
of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide re-
asonable protection against harmful interference in a re-
sidential installation. This equipment generates uses and
can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed

Product Operation
To get started with your URGOnight headband,
please refer to the Starter Guide enclosed in the
packaging.
Product Description
URGOnight was designed to encourage and
teach you how to take control of your sleep by
using neurofeedback in an autonomous way.
The URGOnight headband measures your brain
activity by detecting electrical impulses with 4
dry sensors (electrodes) that provide 4 chan-
nels of Electroencephalogram (EEG) data.
The URGOnight mobile application will guide
you to set up your headband, take you through
the exercises and help you keep track of your
progress. URGOnight is intended to be used du-
ring the day and has been designed to be easily
transported anywhere you like.
Health Considerations
URGOnight is not a medical device and is not
designed to treat any medical condition.
If you are diagnosed with one of the following
conditions (non-exhaustive list), please consult
your doctor prior to using URGOnight:
1. Depression
2. Organic sleep troubles: apnea, hypopnea,
restless syndrome, narcolepsy, hypersom-
nia, Kleine-Levin syndrome, somnambu-
lism, nocturnal eating troubles
3. Pathologies disturbing sleep: cancer, dege-
nerative,autoimmune,inammatory,chro-
nic or acute, hormonal disturbances
4. For users that have a medical implant, the
signal of your URGOnight training may be
inaccurate, please consult your doctor.
5. Epilepsy: If you are epileptic, please check
with your neurologist if URGOnight is sui-
table for your condition. As the brainwaves
trained with URGOnight are close to the
beta waves, that might cause seizures in
some epileptic people.
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposu-
re limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and
meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines.
This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that is
deemedtocomplywithouttestingofspecicabsorption
rate(SAR).
WARNING TO USERS IN THE CANADA
This device complies with Industry Canada licen-
ce-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause
interference, and (2) this device must accept any inter-
ference, including interference that may cause undesired
operation of the device.
Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmi-
tter may only operate using an antenna of a type and
maximum (or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter
by Industry Canada.
To reduce potential radio interference to other users, the
antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the
equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more
than that necessary for successful communication.
This equipment complies with IC radiation exposure limits
set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets
RSS-102 of the IC radio frequency (RF) Exposure rules.

Headband
1. ON/OFF Power Button: Gently press once
to switch the headband on. To switch o,
hold down the button for more than 2 se-
conds.
2. LED (color indications):
- Flashing white: the URGOnight headband
is on and searching for mobile phone
pairing
- Still white: Paired with the mobile applica-
tion, ready to start
- Still orange: Charging
- Still orange + green: Fully charged
Physical Symptoms
In rare cases, some people experience blac-
kouts or seizures due to exposure to ashing
lights and patterns created by the display on a
mobile phone or other devices with screens. If
you have experienced in the past any of these
symptoms, or have experienced any nausea,
involuntary movements, tingling, numbness or
vision issues while using these types of applica-
tions or devices, you should consult your doctor
before using URGOnight or any similar appli-
cations. You should immediately cease all such
use of URGOnight should the symptoms recur.
Nevertheless, avoid prolonged use of URGOni-
ght to avoid any possible fatigue or discomfort,
including any eye, muscle or joint strain.
Permitted Age & Prole
URGOnight is available for individuals above
the age of majority. If the user is a minor, the
user must review this documentation with their
parent or guardian to make sure that both the
user and the parent or guardian, understand it.
Europe -
URGOTECH is authorized to apply the CE Mark on the
device, thereby declaring conformity to the essential
requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive
2014/30/EU, 2014/35/EU, 2014/53/EU.
ENVIRONMENT
Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Do not dispose the URGOnight head band with
other household waste.
1. You may consult and comply with all local laws and
regulations for the proper disposal of batteries and
electronic devices in your local area.
2. If there are no local laws concerning electronic
waste disposal, place the headband and its battery
in a waste bin for electronic devices.
3. Batteries may not be disposed of in municipal was-
te streams and require separate collection.
4.Disposalofabatteryintoreorahotoven,orme-
chanically crushing or cutting of a batttery, can
result in an explosion; a battery subjected to ex-
tremely low air pressure that may result in an ex-
plosionortheleakageofammableliquidorgas.

Note: In order to optimize your battery, the
URGOnight headband will automatically
switchoafter2minutes.Itwillswitchback
on if you move it or if you gently press the
on/obutton.
3. USB connector: It is positioned under the
URGOnight headband.

URGOnight is not to be used by persons (inclu-
ding children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given super-
vision or instruction.
Choking Hazard
URGOnight and its accessories may present a
choking hazard. Keep these accessories away
from young children.
Radio Signals
The URGOnight headband uses radio signals to
connect to wireless networks. Observe signals
and notices that prohibit or restrict the use of
wireless devices (for example, healthcare faci-
lities, airlines and blasting area). Although the
URGOnight headband is designed, tested and
manufactured to comply with regulations go-
verning radio frequency emissions, such emis-
sions from the URGOnight headband may ne-
gativelyaecttheoperationofotherelectronic
equipment, causing them to malfunction.
WARRANTIES & SERVICES
URGOTECH warrants to the original purchaser that your
URGOnight headband shall be free from defects in ma-
terial and workmanship for 1 year. Except where prohi-
bited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable
and is limited to the original purchaser and the coun-
try in which the product was purchased. This warranty
givesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohave
other rights, including a longer warranty duration that
may vary under local laws.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The URGOnight headband is not a medical device, it is
not meant for medical use, clinical diagnosis or thera-
peutic purposes.
URGOnight is designed for regular and consistent tra-
ining sessions of 20 minutes, minimum 3 times a week
toobserve benets on your sleep. Itis recommended
to leave at least one night’s rest in between 2 sessions
to allow enough time to your brain to assimilate what
has been learned. URGOTECH assumes no responsibi-
lity with regards to the performance of the URGOnight
headband.

Like all electrical devices, do not charge or use
the URGOnight headband in any area with po-
tentially explosive atmosphere, such as at a
fueling area, or in areas where the air contains
chemicals or particles (such as grain, dust, or
metal powders). Obey all signs and instructions.
Risk of Fire/Electric Shock
If you do not follow the instructions, there is a
risk of re and/or electric shock, which may
lead to serious injury and/or death. To prevent
such events from happening, make sure that
you do not expose the URGOnight headband to
moisture or liquid, and operate and store it in
accordance with our instructions.
Radiation Exposure
This transmitter must not be co-located or ope-
rated in conjunction with any other antenna or
transmitter.
Use in appropriate contexts
URGOnight is intended to be used indoors in a
properly seated position and not intended for

Product Cleaning
1. Clean only with a non-abrasive, lint-free
cloth. If needed, you can lightly dampen the
cloth with water, and soap-free cleanser
to clean the headband. Always air dry the
band well before putting it back on.
2. Do not use detergents or cleaning gels,
which might degrade the surface of the
electrodes.

1. The URGOnight headband is equipped with
two Lithium Polymer batteries of 350mAh.
2. If you are travelling by air, you must carry
the URGOnight headband in your carry-on
baggage, do not place them in your chec-
