URREA guarantees that its products
are free of manufacturing and material defects
(except on those where a different warranty as
specified) and commits itself to replace or repair,
free of charge, any tool that fails during its service
life under normal use conditions, directly at the
place of purchase or at any authorized distributor.
Urrea tools are designed to offer precision,
quality and performance. They are manufactured
by competent, experienced and highly-trained
employees. Our manufacturing processes –
certified by international certifying organizations
– are consistent, this guarantees that we comply
with the strictest specifications in all our products.
Urrea has acquired sophisticated equipment and
cutting-edge technology, and all products are
made from the best available materials.
This is why Urrea hand tools feature a 100-year
warranty:
This warranty is subject to the following
conditions:
• The tool must be identified with our
permanent Urrea brand that was imprinted at
the manufacturing plant.
• That the failure is the result of a manufacturing
defect either in workmanship or materials,
and not due to misuse or abuse.
• Urrea will be able to choose between
repairing or replacing the tool that failed. The
replacement or repair of the product will be
made directly by the Urrea distributor.
• Urrea reserves the right not to repair or
replace tools that were abused, exceeded
normal use, are modified or were incorrectly
used or not properly maintained.
• Some products like ratchets, torque wrenches
and others that have movable parts are
subject to wear and tear from normal use,
so it is expected that the user will give them
proper maintenance, even repair them using
the spare parts shown in the Urrea tools and
equipment catalog.
Urrea is not responsible for damage and
accidents resulting from inadequate use,
modification, abuse or use beyond the expected
life span of its products.
SPECIFIC WARRANTIES
TORQUE WRENCHES
Urrea torque wrenches are calibrated at
the manufacturing plant and the calibration
is guaranteed for one year, from the date of
purchase by the end user.
In case the calibration is lost during the first year
of use, showing the invoice or purchase receipt,
Urrea offers re-calibration free of charge through
one of its authorized repair dealers. They also
offer Urrea torque wrench calibrations for a small
fee after the first year of use.
CONSUMABLES
Consumables such as bits, saws, hacksaws,
knives, filters, blades, hoses and other similar
items are guaranteed at the time of purchase
against manufacturing or material defects that
may prevent their proper use; however, they will
wear out due to daily usage.
WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS (WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS).
WARRANTY VALID UNLESS A DIFFERENT WARRANTY IS STATED ON THE PACKAGING.
URREA products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and we will replace or repair them as long as they are used under
normal conditions; this warranty will not be valid when the tool is used under conditions other than normal or when the product is modified from its original
state or repaired by non-authorized individuals as defined by Urrea’s service plan.
Below are the warranty periods that apply to the various products:
HAND TOOLS IN GENERAL
• Mechanical hand tools.
Wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers,
sockets, etc.
• For pipes.
Stillson wrenches, pipe cutters, dies,
etc.
TOOL ORGANIZATION AND
STORAGE
Cabinets, work benches, utility carts
and toolboxes.
