To obtain warranty service or additional information, call or write us and be prepared to provide pertinent
information regarding your claim or problem, including the Sales Order Number and description of the product.
Warranty Registration Card must be submitted within 60 days of the Original Purchaser’s receipt of the product to
validate this warranty. US Marble does not cover reinstallation costs.
