Durable cast iron damper. With spring loaded removable steel shaft. Closed by formed spring
wire button on shaft end. Fits all standard single wall pipe.
To install the damper:
1. Disengage the damper rod by pressing inward on the spring handle and rotating.
2. Mark the location of the rst hole on the section of stove pipe where the damper is being
installed. Drill the rst hole.
3. Rotate the stove pipe 180° and repeat the process for the second hole.
4. Once the holes are drilled insert the damper apper inside of the stove pipe and align with
the previously drilled holes.
5. Insert the damper rod through the holes and into the damper apper.
6. Reengage the damper rod by pressing the spring inward on the damper rod and rotating
it until rm. Once the damper apper has securely engaged with the damper rod rotate
the damper assembly freely.
