• I can not get the BT45-INFI to power up, the radio does not seem
to recognize the BT45 is connected.
Make sure the BT45-INFI cable's ground wire is securely
grounded to a metal surface
• My hands-free phone call volume is very low.
First adjust volume on your phone to MAX then use the radio
volume controls to adjust to the desired level.
• I’m unable to pair my smartphone/device.
1. Delete/forget the BT45 from your phone’s Bluetooth
 ƐĞƫŶŐZĞƐĞƚLJŽƵƌƉŚŽŶĞĂŶĚƚƌLJƚŚĞƉĂŝƌŝŶŐƉƌŽĐĞƐƐĂŐĂŝŶ
2. If you have an Android device, make sure the “Only visible to
 ƉĂŝƌĞĚĚĞǀŝĐĞƐŽƉƟŽŶŝƐhE,<^ŽŵĞƟŵĞƐŝƚĐĂŶƚĂŬĞ 
up to 30 seconds for the BT45 to be detected by your
smartphone/device.
• DLJƌĂĚŝŽŝƐŶŽƚĚŝƐƉůĂLJŝŶŐĂŶLJŵƵƐŝĐŝŶĨŽƐƵĐŚĂƐƐŽŶŐƟƚůĞƐ
 ŽŶĮƌŵƚŚĂƚLJŽƵƌĚĞǀŝĐĞŝƐĞƋƵŝƉƉĞĚǁŝƚŚůƵĞƚŽŽƚŚƉƌŽĮůĞ 
 sZWϭϰŽƌŚŝŐŚĞƌŝƚŚĂƐŝK^ϲϬŽƌŚŝŐŚĞƌŽƌŶĚƌŽŝĚϰϬŽƌ 
higher.
