Proper fastener spacing is critical to achieve wind-uplift performance.
Always use fasteners specified in accordance with Factory Mutual Global
(FMG) requirements and the roof membrane manufacturer’s written
recommendations. Fasteners should be installed in compliance with
the roof manufacturer’s installation recommendations and FMG Loss
Prevention Data Sheet 1-29.
