Covert Operations Commitment
Covert Operations is committed to designing and manufacturing
specialty anchoring products of the highest quality. We are an
engineering driven company that has the testing and approvals to
substantiate the technically superior products we produce.
With our adhesive and anchoring manufacturing facility located in
Southern California, Covert Operations is uniquely positioned to
address the design challenges that being in a seismically active area
p
oses.
A
ll warranties of the product described herein, expressed o
r
implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness fo
r
particular purposes are specifically excluded except for the
following:
Covert Operations will repair or replace at its sole option any
product which within 30 days after sale by Covert Operations or its
distributors, is found to be defective in material or workmanship,
normal wear and tear excluded. This is the sole remedy available
to any buyer.
This warranty does not apply to uses not in compliance with
specific applications and installation procedures set forth in this
catalog, or to non-catalog or modified products.
Covert Operations shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage,
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use
of, or the inability to use, the products described herein. Products
are designed and manufactured for specific purposes as specified,
and should not be used with other products not approved by a
qualified designer. Modifications to products or changes in
installation procedures should only be made by a qualified
designer. The performance of such modified products or altered
installation procedures is the sole responsibility of the designer.
Covert Operations offer for sale, as set forth herein, as well as the
customers acceptance thereof by purchase shall be limited strictly
to these terms and conditions which shall constitute the full
agreement between parties. Any additional, differing, o
r
contradictory terms or conditions which might be contained in the
buyer's purchase order form shall not be of any effect and shall not
be part of this agreement between parties without express written
consent by Covert Operations.
A
ny and all modifications made by the customer to either the
product itself or the installation procedures shall, regardless o
f
specific instructions to the user, indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless Covert Operations, Inc. for any and all claimed loss o
r
damage occasioned in whole or in part by modified products.
All warranties are expressed in lieu of all other warranties,
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability o
r
fitness for a particular purpose, all such other warranties
being hereby expressly excluded.
