Reduced Reception
When the reception size is larger than the paper size, you can reduce the
print size.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [FAX/i-FAX], [Next] of Reception, [Next] of Basic, and [Change] of
Reduced RX Size.

Select [Off] or [On].

Press [OK].

To exit from this setup, press [Close] several times until the System Menu
default screen is displayed.
Item Description
Off
Print the received data at 100% of the original size by
dividing it into several sheets of paper.
On
Print the received data by reducing the original size
according to the paper size.
Status
FAX - Reduced RX Size
If a received fax's size is larger than the current
paper s iz e, reduce it bef ore printing.
Cancel OK
