PREPARATION Estimated Assembly Time: 60 minutes Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Hammer, Flathead Screwdriver, Duct Tape, Phillips Screwdriver, Utility Knife Helpful Tools (not included): Electric Drill, Drill Bits WARNING: Turn off electricity at breaker box before beginning installation. Carefully remove unit from carton. Check area above installation location to be sure that wiring can run to the planned location and that duct work can be run and the area is sufficient for proper ventilation.
NEW CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION: Turn off power source. Review all safety precautions. 1. 1 A Place LED panel mounting bar (B) on fan housing (A) and attach where indicated using long machine screws (EE). Hardware Used EE Long machine screw EE EE x4 B 2. Attach the duct connector (I) to the fan housing (A). 2 I A 3. I nsert suspension bracket I (F) into the bracket cover on the duct connector side.
NEW CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5. Secure the suspension brackets (F, G) to fan housing (A) using small machine screw (CC). 5 A CC Hardware Used CC Small machine screw CC x3 F G CC 6. Remove wiring box cover (6.1). Pull the house wires through the wire box cover hole. Using a quick connector, secure 120 V AC house wiring from the wall switch to the fan as shown in the wiring diagram on page 5. 14 AWG is the smallest conductor that should be used for branch-circuit wiring.

Secure the LED panel (C) to the fan housing (A) using 4 short machine screws (BB) and metal washers (DD). 9 A Hardware Used BB Short machine screw x4 DD Metal washer x4 C DD BB 10. Choose which rim (D) finish suits your room. Lay glass globe (E) into chosen rim (D). 10 D E 11. Line up the three notches around the outside of the LED panel (C) with the three clips on the rim (D).

Secure the fan housing (A) to joist with suspension brackets (F, G, H) using long wood screws (AA). 6 A Note: Bottom of fan housing should be flush with the ceiling board. When mounted correctly, the LED panel mounting bar (B) will hang below the ceiling board. CARE AND MAINTENANCE WARNING: Disconnect power supply before servicing. See SAFETY INFORMATION before proceeding. Routine maintenance should be done at least once a year. • Wash glass globe with mild soap and water, dry with a cloth. • Remove excess dirt and dust from the fan housing with a vacuum cleaner. • Do not use solvents, thinner or harsh chemicals for cleaning the fan. • Do not allow water to enter the motor. • Do not immerse resin parts in water over 140º F.

ENTRETIEN AVERTISSEMENT : Coupez l’alimentation électrique avant d’effectuer l’entretien. Lisez les CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ avant de commencer. Vous devez procéder à un entretien au moins une fois par année. • Nettoyez la grille à l’aide de savon doux et d’eau, et essuyez-la avec un linge. • Enlevez la poussière et la saleté du boîtier du ventilateur à l’aide d’un aspirateur. • N’utilisez ni solvant, ni diluant, ni produit chimique fort pour nettoyer le ventilateur.
