Phone Book (Names)
z You can press to scroll through other names, or press the right
soft key
(Exit) to return to standby mode.
z If no records are stored in the phone book, No Record will be
displayed.
z If a matched name is highlighted, you can press to call the
corresponding phone number, or press and hold
to call the
number in IP mode (if the IP Phone function is pre-configured)
3.1.1 Quick Search
You can press number keys

to quick search names from the
phone book entry list. A quick search operates as follows:
z When the key is pressed once, all names that start with the first
character of the key will be displayed. And one of the records will be
highlighted.
z Press

once to display the first corresponding letter. Press
twice to display the second corresponding letter and so on.
z When the key is pressed, if there is no corresponding letter in the book
of that key, the phone will display the letters in order, and highlight the
corresponding name of the most similar letter of that key and so on.
When an entry (name) is highlighted, press the left soft key (Details)
to see the detailed information: name, phone number and associated
group category. You can press
to browse through the text.
When the entry details are displayed, you can press the left soft key
(Option) to select from the following options:

Modify names, numbers and group categories by following the screen
prompts.
