Phone Book (Names)
All the phone numbers in the PIM card can be copied to the phone. And
all the phone numbers of the phone can be copied to the PIM card. Press
(Option), and then press (OK) to copy, “Coping” is displayed.

If there is no enough memory to finish the copy, the phone will
promote you to copy part of the phone numbers or not at all.

When the phone is coping, if the name and numbers are the same
between those in phone and PIM card, the phone will automatically
skip and count them already in. But the phone will not tell the user.

When copying is on progress, any incoming call will be automatically
rejected. After finishing coping, you will get reminded about the
incoming call(s).

When copying is on progress,, if it is time to ring the bell, the ring will
be canceled.

For some uncommon conditions, for example, the PIM card is loosen,
the copying will stop and “Please Insert PIM“ will be displayed. Now
only hold and press
to turn off the phone. Other keys will not
work.

When you make copy from PIM card to the phone, you need to select
one desired group first, and then make all the records in the PIM card
to this group. You can reselect the group information by modifying the
record one by one.
