If the message is to be protected, ”Protect Message” will be displayed.

Unprotect the message first, and then delete the message.

Call Back

After you access this option, the sender’s phone number will be displayed.

Press the right soft key

(Clear) and number keys to change the

number, and then press the left soft key

(Ok) to call the number.

Set protection

After you access this option, you can set message to be protected in order

to avoid deleting some important messages.

Up to 50 messages can be protected in your phone.

After the message is protected,

is displayed when you browse the

short message list. After reading the protected message, press the left

soft key

“Cancel Protection”, then press the left soft key (OK)

to cancel the protection for this message.

When the memory of the phone and PIM card are both full, if a new short

message is coming, the oldest unprotected message will be replaced. If

the protected messages do not cancel the protection, the messages could

not be deleted.

Get Number

After accessing this option, you can get the phone number (5 ~24

numbers) from the short message. The first three numbers of the

message content are displayed. Press

and then press (store)

to store the number to the phone book.

Save Number

Select this option to edit the sender’s phone number and store it to the

phone book.
