Step 4: Click “Advanced” in the properties panel, as shown in the following figure.

In Advanced submenu, select format from drop down menu.

• If the audio problem is sound discontinuity, the reason is the input HDMI

audio sample rate is 44100Hz, but the PC recording sample rate is 48000Hz,

please set the format from drop down menu to “2 channel, 16 bit, 44100Hz

(CD Quality)”;

• If the audio problem is noise, the reason is the input HDMI audio sample rate

is 48000Hz, but the PC recording sample rate is 44100Hz, please set the

format from drop down menu to “2 channel, 16 bit, 48000Hz (DVD

Quality)”.
