Use the regular procedures for uploading and/or deleting files using your reader.

When you have finished, remove the Micro SDHC card from the reader and reinstall it in the
STREAM.

Note:
If you are using a Mac, when you delete files, you must be certain to also empty the trash.
On a Mac deleted files are left in place and marked as being in the trash. Empty Trash is required
to physically remove the files from the Micro SDHC card.
