▪ Various situations can
lead to an "F" message.
▸ Touch the button.
▸ Switch the power supply off for
about 1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply back on
again and select a new programme.
▪ If the error appears
again:
▸ Note down error message in full and
appliance's SN.
▸ Interrupt the water and power sup-
ply.
▸ If there is laundry in the appliance:
carry out emergency draining, use
emergency door release and unload
laundry.
▸ Call Customer Services.

▪ The water inlet counter
is defective. It is still
possible to wash
without a problem. The
water consumption dis-
played can deviate from
the actual consumption.
▸ Call Customer Services.

▪ Faulty electrical connec-
tion.
▪ Overvoltage.
▸ Touch the button.
▸ Switch the power supply off for
about 1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply back on
again and select a new programme.
▪ If the error appears
again:
▸ Have an electrician check the house
installation.
▸ Note down error message in full and
appliance's SN.
▸ Disconnect from the power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
Foam in main
wash:
Rinsing extended
▪ If there is very heavy
foaming, the pro-
gramme is automatically
extended by a rinsing
cycle. This improves the
wash results, but ex-
tends the programme
time.
▸ Reduce the amount of washing de-
tergent used next time.
▸ Adjust detergent dosage to the wa-
ter hardness (see page 18).
Defective heat
pump. Washing at
reduced energy ef-
ficiency still pos-
sible.
▪ Defective heat pump cir-
cuit.
▸ Call Customer Services and have
heat pump checked. It is still pos-
sible to wash with reduced energy
efficiency.
