12 Care and maintenance
For stubborn soiling, e.g. chicken, clean the cooking space when cold with
a grease-dissolving spray cleaner or cream cleaner in accordance with the
manufacturers' instructions.
With use, the cooking space will over time turn a golden colour, which
is normal for stainless steel. Neither the cooking and baking proper-
ties of the appliance nor its operation is affected.
Blue tarnish spots and condensate residue can be removed using a
mild acidic cleaning agent or some lemon juice.
Over time with use, the cooking space can turn a shimmering rainbow
colour or the surface can turn slightly matt. Neither the cooking and
baking properties of the appliance nor its operation is affected.
These discolourations can be removed using a non-abrasive cream
cleaner.
12.3 Cleaning the appliance door
Clean the appliance door with a soft cloth dampened with water and a little
washing-up liquid.
Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Removing the appliance door
Risk of injury from moving parts!

appliance door, hold it firmly at the sides with both hands.
