3 Operation
3.1 Switching the appliance on
To switch the illumination and the
extractor fan on, the deflector plate
must be pulled out.
➤ Pull the deflector plate out.
3.2 Switching the extractor fan on/off
➤ Slide the switch to 1, 2, 3 or 4.
Run only briefly (a few minutes) at
power level 4, then switch to a lower
power level.
➤ To switch off, set the switch to .
The appliance is most effective when the deflector plate is fully pulled
out.
We recommend switching the appliance on at power level 1 some
5 minutes before starting to cook. After finishing cooking, allow the
appliance to run for another 15 minutes so that the cooking fumes
and smells can be extracted.
