4.5 Replacing the halogen light bulb
➤ Remove the grease filters (see Cleaning the grease filters).
– You gain access to the light cover from the back through the opening.
➤ Remove the light cover (from below) by pressing the plastic snaps on the
side together.
➤ Unscrew the halogen light bulb from the fixture and replace it with a new
halogen light bulb of the same type (see designation on light housing or
on identification plate).
➤ Put the light cover back over the opening and gently apply pressure.
– The cover snaps into place in the range hood.
➤ Install the grease filters.
➤ Put back the screw fuse or switch on the circuit breaker again.
Remove the appliance’s screw fuse or switch off the circuit
breaker.
Halogen light bulbs get hot during operation! Allow to cool down
first.
Under no circumstances try to remove the light cover using a sharp
object!
