To switch appliance on
➤ Hold the touch button depressed for about 1 second.
To select cooking zone
➤ Press the slider or slide your finger along it to set the power level.
Alternatively
➤ Press to heat a large quantity of water quickly.
To switch cooking zone off
➤ Press on the slider.
To switch appliance off
➤ Press the touch button.
