Disassembling the housing cover at the side of the on/off switch
➨ Lay the pumping unit down with the housing cover at the
side of the ON/OFF switch facing upwards (support pump-
ing unit appropriately).
➨ Use a hex key size 4 to loosen the six socket head screws
at the pump head.
➨ Raise the housing cover.
➨ Pull off the hose from the housing cover. Do not kink the
hose.
➨ Remove head covers from housing cover and check
valves. Note position of valves and remove.
☞ Never remove parts by using a spiky or sharp-edged tool
(e. g. screw driver), we recommend to use a rubber mallet
or compressed air (to be blown carefully into port).
☞ Replace valves if necessary.
☞ Use petroleum ether or industrial solvent to remove de-
posits. Do not inhale.
➨ Apply screw driver as shown and turn.
➨ Open hose clip by using a at-bladed screw driver and pull
off hose.
