Fine tuning:
The set vacuum can be ne-adjusted by turning the selection knob while
process is running.
+ Turn the selection knob.
+ A full turn causes a change of the set vacuum of 9 Torr (12 mbar).
+ Turning the knob one detent causes a change of the set vacuum of 1
Torr (mbar).
